Leave the grown-ups at home and spend the day exploring the wild side at The Maryland Zoo! Our Out-of-School Day Adventures are packed with excitement, discovery, and animal fun just for kids ages 7–12.
Join our Conservation Education team for a full day of nature-based play, wildlife exploration, and hands-on activities designed to inspire young animal lovers.
Adventures include:
- Tours of the Zoo
- Animal ambassador meet and greets
- Games and crafts
- Behind-the-scenes surprises!
This is one day off school they’ll never forget!
Who’s Included:
- Kids ages 7–12 only — sorry, parents, this adventure is just for the kids!

- $90 for Members
