Brew at the Zoo Presented by M&T Bank Returns Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 & 25

Baltimore’s biggest craft beer festival features unlimited sampling, live music, local food; all proceeds support the Maryland Zoo’s animal care and conservation programs.

BALTIMORE, MD – The Maryland Zoo’s largest fundraiser and Baltimore’s biggest craft beer festival, Brew at the Zoo presented by M&T Bank, is back this Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 & 25, from 1pm – 7pm each day.
Guests will enjoy unlimited sampling of more than 80 craft beers, wine, and hard seltzer along with amazing food, live bands, and all-day admission to the Zoo. VIP ticket packages include insider activities. VIP’s can also choose to add unique animal experiences as part of their day.

All guests receive a stainless steel souvenir tasting cup that completely eliminates single-use plastic cups. As part of the Zoo’s comprehensive sustainability plan, 100% of the beer and seltzer product packaging will be reused, recycled, or composted.

SKIP THE LINE!

Visitors who donate an old cell phone or small electronic device, or make a $20 donation to the Zoo, will be able to skip the entry line. (As background, electronic devices contain materials extracted through destructive mining practices that directly affect chimpanzees, gorillas, okapi, elephants, and other wildlife from the Congo Basin of Africa. Recovering these minerals from used devices lessens the demand and impacts from mineral mining prevents further wildlife habitat destruction.)

Every dollar raised goes directly toward the Zoo’s animal care and conservation programs.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

This year, there will be drink stations throughout the Zoo that pair delicious drinks with fun animal activities. (Imagine enjoying a watermelon seltzer during the elephant watermelon smash!) Discounted tickets are also available for designated drivers and people under the age of 21.
