It's the spookiest time of the year!

Celebrate the fall season with our annual Zoo BOO! festival! This year’s festivities will span several weekends throughout the month of October and will include exciting seasonal activities. Halloween costumes are encouraged all month long! Zoo BOO! is included with Zoo admission.

What to Expect:

  • Hay Maze presented by SC&H
  • Costume Contests:
    • Oct 25 & 26 at 11:30 am & 2 pm
    • Oct 31 at 11:30 am
  • Seasonal Crafts presented by Capital Bank
  • Food Trucks & Vendors
  • Trick or Treating throughout the Zoo
  • Face Painting ($$)
  • Visits from Zoo Mascots
  • Fall-themed games (tickets available for a small fee)
  • Bubble show and Magic show performances (Saturdays & Sundays)

More Information:

  • Access to Zoo BOO! is included with general admission to the Zoo. There is a small charge for game tickets.
  • Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and enter into the costume contests taking place at the Old Elephant Barn in Main Valley.
  • Each weekend will feature a special costume theme:
    • October 24-26: Monsters
