Sven’s Enrichment Workshop

On Saturday, December 21st we will be having penguin mascot Sven’s special enrichment workshop! Guests can help make animal enrichment throughout the day, and watch as our Polar Bear Watch residents enjoy the special treats. Plus, Living Classrooms AMPlfied will be singing holiday tunes at 11:30am! Look out for our pop-up vendors as well as the ever-popular Dunkin’ truck that will be handing out free samples of coffee and hot chocolate!

10:30-2:30: Pictures & Train Rides with Santa
10:30 AM: Polar Bear Holiday Enrichment
11:30 AM: Carolers
12:30 PM: Arctic Fox Holiday Enrichment

Santa will be riding the train at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30. In between rides you can visit with Santa and his special mascot friends at the Jones Fall Zephyr Train Station.

  • This event is included with Zoo admission or membership
  • Train tickets: $5 per rider ($4 for Zoo Members)

*Please note that all activities are weather-dependent and the Zoo reserves the right to cancel train rides in case of severe weather conditions.
