Help the Maryland Zoo discover nocturnal animals like owls, bats, and even frogs! Together we’ll use our senses to explore the Zoo at night for these animals and more as we gather important information for projects like FrogWatch USA™.
Those interested in learning more about the frogs and toads in your backyard can stay for an introduction to the FrogWatch program. All you need is an interest in nature and a commitment to monitor a site through the breeding season.
- Free with Zoo admission or membership (Participants must register in advance*)
