Prepaid tickets may be used ONLY during regular hours. Special Events, coupons and/or promotions may not be combined with discounted tickets. Events outside of the regular Zoo hours, including Zoomerang (the second Friday in June), are excluded from the offer.

GROUP RESERVATION

Perfect for you if you're not entirely sure of the exact size of your group. You can estimate the number of guests when you make your reservation and then pay for the number of guests that you actually have with you on the day of your visit.

Group Reservation Procedures

• Groups must consist of 15 or more people in order to receive discount. Scouting groups and special needs groups must consist of 10 or more people in order to receive discount.
• Reservations are required and must be completed at least one month prior to scheduled visit.
• Deposit of $75 or 10% of anticipated total is required.  Please submit deposit with reservation form. Form may be faxed with credit card authorization Form or mailed.
• Please note that you will be held to 80% of estimated group size.  Kindly adjust the size of the group to make sure that you are comfortable with your 80% number.
• Once registered, groups will receive a Group Permit from the Group Sales office which must be presented upon arrival to The Zoo.
• One chaperone is required per every 8 children. Chaperones must be at least 21 years of age.
• All guests must be present when the permit is presented and ONE payment IN FULL is made at the main entrance.
• Permit may be used for admission on the date stated on permit only.

If your group is a herd above the rest, then you’ll love this option! Purchase your tickets in advance and have them mailed directly to you. Not only will you be able to bypass the ticket lines, but you’ll also receive your tickets at a discounted rate:

Group Advanced Reservation Procedures

• Full payment must be received a minimum of two weeks in advance of visit
• One chaperone is required per every 8 children. Chaperones must be at least 21 years of age.
• Tickets will be mailed to you upon receipt of full payment and will incur a $5.95 service charge.
• Tickets are valid for use for one year from date of issue. No refunds on unused tickets.

CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM

Are you a corporation, hotel or association looking for something special for your employees, guests and members? The Zoo offers organizations, corporations and associations the opportunity to provide discount tickets at NO UPFRONT COST to you! Valid any day that the Zoo is open (except for the second Friday in June). Pay as you visit, and return any un-used tickets at the end of the year!

*Consignment tickets may NOT be used for Zoomerang! on the 2nd Friday in June. Zoo is closed January & February, Thanksgiving Day and December 25th.
