Question:
Do you reciprocate with the National Aquarium in Baltimore?
Answer:
Unfortunately, the Aquarium doesn’t participate in the AZA reciprocity program.

Question:
Can my child care provider use my membership to bring my kids to the Zoo?
Answer:
We offer a Care Provider add-on to your membership. You receive an additional card and this card allows your care provider and children into the Zoo as any other membership card does.

Question:
If I lost my card can I still come in the Zoo?
Answer:
Of course. You can get a one-time admission pass or purchase a replacement membership card for a $5 fee. This is done at the Member Center.

Question:
Does the membership run a calendar year (January thru December) or from the date of purchase?
Answer:
The membership is valid from the day of purchase for 1 year. It will expire on the end of the month of your anniversary date (i.e. If you purchase a membership October 6, 2005. It will expire on October 31, 2006.) NOTE: The membership is valid from the date of purchase, not the date of first visit to the Zoo.

Question:
Do I have to get my picture taken every year?
Answer:
Once you have a photo ID membership card this card is valid year after year. We will send you expiration stickers to place on the back of your membership card upon renewal.

Question:
I have a membership that allows for guests. Can a guest use my membership without me?
Answer:
One of the named members must be present to use the membership card.

Question:
If I don’t list a second adult, does that count as a guest?
Answer:
Yes, if you don’t list 2 adults on the membership the second adult would count as a guest each time you visit.
