Have you ever wondered what it’s like to experience the Zoo after dark? Imagine hearing wild animal calls and witnessing nocturnal animal behaviors in the dead of night at the Zoo. It’s a completely different environment at night and we want to share it with you! The Zoo’s Educators invite parents and children to a special overnight experience Friday, August 15 to Saturday, August 16! Camp near predators and wake up to have breakfast with alongside the animals. With activities like scavenger hunts, a night hike, and guided tours will make you feel like you’re in a real night safari.

Where the Wild Things Snore is a special event for families with children. Campers must be aged 7 or above to attend and parents must be present. Prices to participate are $45/person for Zoo members and $60/person for non-members. Registration fees include dinner, snacks, a light breakfast and admission to the Zoo the next day. Guests will need to bring their own camping and overnight supplies.  For all the registration details click here.
