Clean up from the historic winter storm continues and as a result the Zoo will remain closed to guests from Friday, January 29th through Monday, February 1st.
Due to the Zoo’s current winter schedule this means the Zoo will not reopen to the guests until Friday, February 5th.
The Zoo’s Volunteer Open House will happen as scheduled on Sunday, January 31st from 11am-2pm. Anyone interested in attending this event should avoid parking at the Zoo’s main gate and instead follow directions to the Zoo’s Mansion House located at 1876 Mansion House Drive in Druid Hill Park. Parking will be available outside of the Mansion House.
