Important Phone Information for Tuesday, February 26

On Tuesday, February 26, The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore will be without phone service due to a planned service migration to Verizon Business. Internet service should not be interrupted by the work, and Zoo staff will have access to e-mail communication during this time.
A working analog phone line (410-243-4179) will be in place at the Receptionist Desk at the Mansion House for purposes of critical and emergency communication only. No calls will be able to be transferred from reception to Zoo staff, so we suggest communicating via email or cell phone. For those unsure ho to reach how to reach a specific staff member or department, please email Feedback@marylandzoo.org and your email will be sent to the appropriate party.
