Zoo Damaged in Twin Snow Blizzards – How You Can Help!

Zoo Damaged in Twin Snow Blizzards – How You Can Help!

February 22nd, 2010

During the February snowstorms, the Zoo suffered major damage to two exhibits, the Marsh Aviary and the African Aviary. There was also the loss of over 60 trees and damage to various buildings.

Although no animals were harmed, both aviaries have collapsed and will need to be reconstructed.

So many of you have called or emailed us asking how you can help, and we truly appreciate your support! Please make your donation by clicking here.
